Blackhawk Partners LLC
Sima Muroff, Principal, Manager--Mr. Muroff brings a decade of residential and resort development experience to Blackhawk from projects in Idaho, Montana and Oregon that reflect his passion for environmentally friendly development. As a partner in Blackhawk Partners LLC, his primary responsibilities are project management and design. In addition he works closely with county personnel, engineers, attorneys, and contractors to maintain timely, profitable development.
Rick L. Luna, Principal, Chief Financial Officer--A former operations manager for a Fortune 500 company, Mr. Luna has had extensive experience in lending, management and financials. Prior to joining Blackhawk Partners LLC, he was a top-performing mortgage banker in Oregon's Willamette Valley, providing funds for single- and multi-family residential and commercial projects. As Chief Financial Officer for Blackhawk Partners LLC, Rick is responsible for cash flow analysis and budgeting, as well as forecasting of expenses, receivables, and profits/losses.
Epikos LLC, Land Planning + Architecture
David Peugh, Land Planner
--Mr. Peugh, formerly of the world-renowned Resort Design Associates International, is a founding partner of Epikos, McCall's foremost land planning and architectural firm. Epikos specializes in the planning and design of luxury destination resort and high-end residential developments. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and winner of the prestigious Barlow Design Award, his broad 28-year work history ranges from macro studies of thousands of acres to site-specific designs for private residences and hotels in more than a dozen countries. In addition to Blackhawk's environmentally thoughtful land plan, he also created the land plan for the new $1.5 billion Tamarack resort in Donnelly, Idaho.
Wayne Ruemmele, Architect--A founding partner of Epikos, Mr. Ruemmele earned his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Utah's Graduate School of Architecture and has spent his career concentrating on high-end residential and resort design around the world. His designs respond to site conditions, respect local materials, and create elegant solutions to design challenges. Wayne has always had an affinity for the mountains. He enjoys snowboarding and mountain biking and moved to McCall in 1997 from Switzerland to return to the West.
