Blackhawk Site Improvements Nearing Completion
Site improvements begun in 2005 are nearly finished. Sewer and water are in. Our lakes are full. And we are now doing final grading and topsoil to prepare for revegetation.

New Homes Under Construction
While preparation is still in progress on some homesites in both Phase I and II, construction is now underway on seven spectacular new model homes. Builders include C&H Construction, Everest Construction, and Griffith Construction. Inspired by the history and architecture of the area, each features accents of reclaimed wood, stone and other materials common in the historic structures in Idaho.

River Lodge
Construction will begin mid-summer on our luxurious 10,000+/- sq. ft. River Lodge (see rendering below). With a view of the Payette River, the River Lodge will be the heart of the community, featuring an indoor/ outdoor pool with swim-under partition, cascading tubs, fitness center, spa, media center and much more.
