Blackhawk Goes Vertical with Contractor Ross Riegel
Construction is well underway on four homes at Blackhawk on the River (see progress photos here). The builder is Ross Riegel of Valley County's C&H Contractors, who specializes in a design style he calls "mountain elegance." He built the Ashley Inn in Cascade, and the first three structures at Tamarack Resort, including the homes for John Pierre Boespfleug and the Walz family. Two of the homes under construction are presold, and are being built in the Caddis (see rendering below) and Red Ridge floor plans. Two of Riegel's homes are model homes, and feature the Kokanee and Steelhead design. All homes were designed by the renowned architectural firm Epikos.
