Blackhawk Preferred Partner program simplifies home building process
At Blackhawk on the River, choosing the best architect, builder, landscaper or interior designer to construct a flawless custom home has never been easier. The Preferred Partners at Blackhawk on the River were each carefully selected based on their outstanding reputations for craftsmanship, quality, customer service and integrity. So no matter what home site you choose at Blackhawk on the River, you can rely on beautiful floorplans and custom home designs from our architects and a top-notch builder and design team to realize your vision. Two new owners at Blackhawk are currently in the process of building custom riverfront homes next door to one another using our Preferred Partner program. They choose their floorplans, builder and home site, and the details were taken care of. An exclusively designed floorplan, The Payette Home, is being built by Everest Construction on the riverfront home site 126 for the Bradely Family. And a custom redesigned Kokanee home is underway by C&H Contractors at home site 127 for a family from Connecticut. Everest Construction will be hosting a special open house on the newly finished Payette model on May 5th 2007. Come join us from 2 to 4 pm to see this beautiful home built by one of the county’s best builders.

“Blackhawk is the only 5 mile river front community of its kind in the State of Idaho, with landscape guidelines that enhance indigenous wildlife & vegetation to the Protective Community Design Guidelines that focus attention on infusing the historical architectural integrity of the local design in every home built at Blackhawk. We have created a community only a few minutes from town where homeowners are enjoying the serenity of silence, recreating out their front doors while living on memories that will last generations. Our recent wildlife preserve dedication to the Payette Land Trust, which now protects one of the last remaining living wetlands of its kind in this valley marks a benchmark in conservation history that is now on the forefront of all land owners in the state of Idaho and west of the Rockies. I am proud to be not only the Developer of Blackhawk but also a homeowner, this is the place my wife and I have been searching for to raise our three sons and create lifelong memories that will transcend generations.”
August 1, 2006, Sima Muroff , Managing Partner of Blackhawk Partners, LLC. Developer of Blackhawk on the River.
